Meet Our Management Team
Lauren Cascio
Owner and Co-Founder
Lauren has over 15 years of experience conducting estate sales and working in personal property appraisals. She began her career in Madison, Wisconsin, continued her work in Houston, Texas, and has been based in Albuquerque since 2020.
In 2024, Lauren co-founded Roadrunner Estate Sales to provide a more professional, organized, and client-focused approach to estate sales. She handles the day-to-day work of each sale – planning, pricing, setup, sale day management and clean-out.
Kate Ryan
Co-Founder and Client Outreach Manager
Kate leads client communication and outreach for Roadrunner Estate Sales. She is often the first point of contact for clients and focuses on making the process clear, responsive, and well-supported from the initial inquiry through the end of the sale.
Before relocating to Albuquerque in 2021, Kate worked in performing arts administration, fundraising, and event management in Seattle. After moving to New Mexico, she began working in estate sales with local companies before co-founding Roadrunner with Lauren in 2024.
