Our staff takes care to make sure that all items are presented in their best light. Our staff will also make sure that all items in the sale are working properly. This means that all electronics are tested before the sale.

Every item in the home is priced individually. Our owner has worked in estate sales and
appraisals for over 15 years. This experience, as well as the experience of our staff, allows us to price items appropriately. Our goal is to sell as many items as possible for the highest prices possible.

Our staff will save and set aside any personal items that may be left behind. Inevitably
something gets overlooked, and we make sure to save those items for you in an agreed-upon
location.

Up front donations and disposal are essential to bringing in the most for the quality items in your home. In addition, we take care to donate or dispose of any stained or threadbare linens. We all end up with these things in our possession, but presenting them amongst your more quality goods can bring down the value of everything else in the home.

We take the disposal of hazardous materials seriously and we make sure that they are all

Roadrunner employs as many avenues as possible to advertise your sale.

We employ professional photography to create high-quality and appealing images of the items for sale in your home. We aim to show both the breadth of the sale as well

We employ social media, email, signage and traditional print advertising in order to invite shoppers to come through your sale. Our goal is for the sale at your home to bring in a diverse and enthusiastic group of shoppers.

During the Sale

In order to provide the best shopping experience, Roadrunner employs a friendly and helpful staff on sale days.

We greet everyone who enters, providing any relevant information about the items for sale in the home. We aim to have sufficient staff to meet any and all needs that might arise during the sale.

Particularly valuable items, such as jewelry or special collectibles, are gathered and located in
one spot, which a dedicated staff member will monitor throughout the sale.

We accept cash, credit cards and digital payment. Customers are provided with digital or
printed receipts if desired.

We also provide bags, boxes and wrapping materials in order to make sure that their
treasures from your home make it safely to theirs.

After the Sale

Roadrunner makes the financial aspect of your sale straightforward, honest, and transparent.

There are no upfront costs for you when hiring Roadrunner to conduct your sale. Our fees are
simply deducted from the sales in your home. Within ten business days of the sale conclusion,
you will receive a cashiers check for all your proceeds from the sale.

Upon conclusion of the sale, our staff will remove all of our supplies.

While the ultimate goal is to sell everything in your home, there are always some items that don’t sell. These items belong to the estate, so it is up to you what happens to them. We can either leave them behind for you, or we can arrange for them to be picked up by a local charity.
